Our process

How we co-create long-term partnership programmes that improve wellbeing and performance

We work in close partnership with organisations to design coaching programmes, typically running from 3 to 12 months, that are not just impactful in the moment but strategically aligned to your priorities around employee wellbeing, engagement, and performance.

Group coaching workshops, executive coaching, keynotes, and bespoke planners and journals all sit within the wider partnership programme we build together. Our process is collaborative, evidence-led, and focused on creating change your people will genuinely engage with.

Step 1

Discovery & Insight

Understanding your organisation, people, and priorities

We begin by gaining a deep understanding of your organisation's current context. This includes exploring:

  • Employee wellbeing and engagement challenges
  • Performance, retention, and engagement data
  • Key pressure points affecting your teams
  • Existing support structures and people initiatives

This phase ensures the programme is grounded in the real challenges your people are facing, not assumptions.

Strategic Design Consultation

Co-creating the partnership programme that underpins success

Next, we facilitate an in-depth design consultation with key stakeholders across your organisation. This may include:

  • Leadership, HR, and people teams
  • Line managers and internal champions
  • Employee representatives or focus groups
  • Together, we define:
  • The framework that will underpin the partnership programme
  • The mix of group coaching, executive coaching, keynotes, and planners to include
  • How existing people initiatives and support pathways are integrated
  • The behaviours and outcomes the programme is designed to reinforce

This stage is similar to goal-setting at an organisational level, aligning the programme with what success truly looks like for your people.

Step 3

Initial Concept & Draft Design

Bringing the programme to life

Our team then develops the first draft of your bespoke partnership programme. This includes:

  • A clear proposal outlining structure and timeline
  • The right mix of workshops, coaching, keynotes, and planners
  • An explanation of how each element supports the agreed outcomes
  • Rationale linking coaching techniques and wellbeing tools to performance. This draft provides a tangible vision of what the full programme will become.

Iteration & Co-Creation

Refining every detail together

We work closely with your team to refine the programme through structured design iterations. This collaborative phase ensures:

  • Content, language, and tone resonate with your people
  • Format and cadence align with how your organisation works
  • The programme feels intuitive, relevant, and motivating
  • Every element earns its place and serves a clear purpose
  • The result is a partnership programme that feels purpose-built, not generic.

Step 5

Final Proposal & Sign-off

Confirming the plan together

Once the design is agreed, we walk you through the full partnership proposal, covering the schedule of workshops, coaching, keynotes, and materials exactly as your people will experience them. This includes:

  • Final programme schedule and format
  • Key milestones highlighted
  • Confirmation of logistics and delivery details
  • Nothing begins without full confidence and sign-off.

Delivery & Quality Assurance

Delivering a programme your people will value

We manage delivery of the full programme with rigour and consistency, from coaching sessions to keynotes to materials. Our focus is on delivering an experience your people will:

  • Stay engaged with throughout the programme
  • Use consistently, not abandon after the first session
  • Associate with value, care, and organisational commitment
  • This is a partnership built to last, not a one-off intervention.

Step 7

Ongoing Support & Embedding

Ensuring impact lasts

We stay close throughout the partnership, reviewing engagement and adapting as needed, and support you in embedding the habits and tools so the impact continues well after the programme ends.

The Result

A partnership programme that
  • Aligns directly with your organisation's strategy and goals
  • Builds a lasting culture of wellbeing, engagement, and performance
  • Strengthens retention and reduces burnout across your teams
  • Empowers your people to take ownership of their own growth

A proven framework built to make growth and wellbeing a daily habit

Help employees find clarity, purpose, and direction
Employees begin with a clear sense of direction, aligning personal goals, wellbeing, and professional development from the outset. By helping people understand why they're doing their work and what they’re working towards, engagement increases and early disengagement drops.
Turn daily habits into measurable performance
Your planner supports employees to build consistent routines around focus, wellbeing, and self-management. This structure reduces overwhelm, increases confidence, and helps people stay on track throughout the year.
Deliver impact at scale without stretching your budget
Our programmes are designed to work flexibly around your existing wellbeing and L&D budgets. We help you scope the right level of investment and measure impact clearly, so initiatives can scale without adding financial pressure.
